bramaventu is the first sparkling wine from Banyuls, made with the “methode classique”. Our wines are produced with the highest standard of quality, manually and naturally curated and limited to only 4000 bottles a year. One grape variety, one vintage, one single vineyard. The vineyard itself lies at an altitude of 300 meters – essential for the lightness of our wine. The mediterranean sea and mountain climate, the slate soil and the strong winds give our wine decidedly fresh and mineral notes, as well as its name “Bramaventu” (loving the wind).

Our focus lies on artisanal methods and the result is a reinvention of the genre and a true homage to the art of winemaking.
