Placing an Order According to article L. 3342-1 of the French “Code de la Santé Publique” the buyer declares that he is at least 18 years old and can lawfully perform an order on the Internet.
We will honor the orders received within the limits of available stock. In case the product is not available, in accordance with Article L 121-20-3 of the “Code de la Consommation” we will notify the buyer as soon as possible so that he may modify or cancel his order. Our responsibility shall not be engaged if the product is unavailable; nor can the customer claim any damages whereof.
Prices Sales prices are in Euros, all inclusive, and thus include the applicable VAT rate at the time of the order. They are net with no discount and do not include transport fees. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; however, we guarantee application of prices applied at the time of your order. No refund shall occur should prices go down.
Conditions See shipping rates to know if we deliver to your destination. Delivery times is normally between 3-15 days. Important: Please provide us with all information necessary for proper delivery (access code, presence of an attendant, neighbor or any person able to take delivery of your order in case you of your absence…).
Payment All orders shall be final after payment validation by the online site. If the payment contains any kind of irregularity, the order shall automatically be cancelled. All incomplete or erroneous orders shall not be considered.
Delivery You can choose delivery at your home or any other suitable address. Delivery times mentioned in the terms of shipping only constitute an estimation and cannot be used to cancel an order or claim damages in case of late arrival due to any incident. In the same manner we cannot be held responsible if the delivery instructions transmitted to the shipping company (date, time, notification) are not complied with. All our consignments are sturdy and in perfect condition. The shipping companies are entirely responsible for any damage. Goods always travel at the risk of the recipient. Upon reception, the recipient shall check carefully that the product conforms and is in good condition. Any damage or missing element must be mentioned precisely on the shipping company’s delivery papers and then be confirmed to us in writing within 72 hours. No reimbursement or exchange shall occur if this should not be the case. In case the product does not conform to the order, please contact us within 7 days following the reception date of the goods. We will exchange the product as soon as possible.
Right of Withdrawal Article L. 121-20 of the “code de la consommation” states that you are granted a 7-day period from the date you receive the order to cancel said order without any justification or obligation of penalty payments other than return fees. Delivery date is proof. Beyond this date any form of exchange or reimbursement will not be granted. The product must be returned in its original wrapping in perfect condition with no outside marking after we have been duly notified by mail or e-mail. Payment refund shall occur as soon as possible after reception of the goods.
Information Technology and Civil Liberties Your personal information will only be used to take care of your order. It may be integrated into our customer file but in no case be given to third parties. According to article 27 of Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 ‘Information Technology and Civil Liberties’ you have right to access, modify or suppress data that concerns you.
Disputes and Litigation Any complaint must be sent to us by e-mail or mail. It will then be studied and dealt with as early as possible. In case of difficulties with the present contract, the parties must look for an amicable arrangement before starting legal action.
Modifications We reserve the right to adapt or modify at any moment the present General Sales Conditions, which will immediately be notified to the buyer by updating the site online. The contracts are subject to the General Sales Conditions applicable at the time the order was made.
