we are Lotte & Carlo, a Berlin couple, who  vinified and blended champagne. Inspired we decided to move to Banyuls, to produce a unique sparkling wine with a personal twist.

 

Carlo is enologist, sommelier and holder of the WSET-diploma.
He was most recently Chef de Cave in the Côte des Blancs, Champagne, where the idea for Bramaventu originated.

Lotte is a graphic designer and illustrator, with a great love for good food, wine and nature.
