Vibrant ruby red colour.
The nose is delicate, fruit foward with hints of strawberries & cranberries, underlined by herbal notes and rose water.
Delicate tannin structure, lively acidity, at the same time round and full bodied with a long salty finish.
Single vineyard: 200 m altitude; north exposition

Soil: calcareous clay

Climate: mediterranean

Grape variety: grenache noir

Vinification: 25% whole cluster, native ferments, manual pushdowns, pressed on day 10.
